Overview
Airway Heights Fire Department was formed in the early 1960’s to provide fire protection to the incorporated areas inside the City of Airway Heights. Today, the Airway Heights Fire Department protects over 7,500 people and an area of 6.5 square miles. The Airway Heights Fire Department responds to all emergencies within the City limits; and to emergencies in other cities and fire districts when requested.

Burn Restrictions are currently not in effect. Here is the rules for recreational fires.
Volunteers Needed
Applications can be turned in anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Applications for the 2021-1 West Plains Recruit Academy are currently being accepted. Deadline for applications is January 4th.
