HOT! The City of Airway Heights is seeking to recruit a great family-style restaurant to our City to satisfy the demands of our market. The City is home to several 24-hour organizations like Fairchild AFB, Department of Corrections, Northern Quest Casino, Wal-Mart, and the nearby Spokane International Airport. Our trade market doesn't identify the other numerous traffic generators to our city like the Ambassadors People to People Headquarters, Zak Designs, Triumph Composite systems, and the future Army Reserve Training Center to be located adjacent to Fairchild AFB. With all these companies near the City, the demand is great for a family-style restaurant. Take a look at the information below and see what Airway Heights has to offer.

Demographics
The Geiger Spur is the main rail line that brings rail service into the heart of the City of Airway Heights' industrial area. Currently the existing line runs through Fairchild AFB, which is requesting that the line be re-routed off the base. Spokane County has headed this drive so that the rail line remains vital to the businesses of Airway Heights that use this line. Once the spur has been re-routed the first project will be to construct a new Rail Transloader facility in the City's industrial area. See the latest of this project by clicking on the link to the left.
