The Clerk-Treasurer is responsible for the Finance Department operations, the Utility Department and all issues relating to finance including the budget process.

The Finance Department receipts all payments (except for Court) received by the City, pays bills incurred by the City, and creates and mails the utility bills.  Notary Public services are also available at City Hall.   

The Finance Department is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  The office is located in City Hall at 1208 S. Lundstrom; the phone number is 509-244-5578.
