Fire Department

Overview


Airway Heights Fire Department was formed in the early 1960’s to provide fire protection to the incorporated areas inside the City of Airway Heights. Today, the Airway Heights Fire Department protects over 4,500 people and an area of 5.5 square miles. The Airway Heights Fire Department responds to all emergencies within the City limits; and to emergencies in other cities and fire districts when requested.

City Offices Closed Friday

City administrative offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 in Observance of Independence Day. Regular hours resume on Monday.
