Types of Tickets Issued

Infractions/Green Tickets –

• You must respond within 15 days in person or by mail.
• Turn your ticket over, read the choices and pick one. Please sign it legibly and fill out the address and phone #, send it in within 15 days from date issued. 
• If you do not respond within the allotted time a Failure to Appear will be issued, a late fee assessed, and the Department of License notified, which could result in the suspension of your license. 
• Your ticket will be turned over to collections and additional fees and interest will be assessed.

Criminal Tickets/Yellow Tickets –

• You must respond in person within 15 days from date issued.
• If you do not schedule a court date within the 15 days, a Warrant for your arrest will be issued. 
• If you wish to apply for a Public Defender you will have an opportunity to do so at your first appearance in court. If you qualify, one will be appointed
• Requests for continuances, with the reason clearly stated, must be be made in writing prior to the scheduled hearing.
• We do not schedule or reschedule court dates by phone.

Payment of Tickets/Infractions
You can use our on-line system to pay your tickets or infractions, using checking or savings accounts, credit or debit cards. There is a fee to use this service.  To use this system just click on this link:

(Please note that this facility is provided only to pay for Court Costs / Fines.  This is not available to pay City utility bills or other City fees/charges.)
