The City of Airway Heights is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the City of Airway Heights Planning Commission. The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council on land-use actions such as proposed rezones, development regulations, and land subdivisions. Commissioners are nominated by the Mayor, with approval of the City Council, and serve a four-year term. The Planning Commission meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at 6pm in the City Council Chambers. Eligible candidates include residents of Airway Heights, people with a business interest in Airway Heights, or a resident of Spokane County that owns land and has an interest in Airway Heights land-use actions.
