Most commercial projects in the City of Airway Heights will need to schedule a pre-development Technical Committee meeting with the City.  Technical Committee meetings are a forum where each City Department gives comments on the project, detailing for the developer what each Departments' specific requirements will be.  It is also a chance for the developer to address any questions or concerns they may have with the project.   In some cases, more than one Technical Committee meeting may be necessary during the course of a project's development.
